I expect us to see more stories like this. Tools only help you work more quickly if results are reliable and reproducible. LLMs are still far short of this standard in many cases.

Inaccurate information is a prime concern, but the FDA (and many others) are ignoring the fact that all LLM models blackmail, despite prompt warnings and other preventions. Many organizations and users are in for a reckoning. I just pray no one gets hurt in the process. More info:

I'm looking at the news stories about the FDA's drug approval "AI" and keep seeing reporters using the industry MARKETING term "hallucination" instead of saying that it's faulty, doesn't work, and provides inaccurate information a human would have been fired for. Stop pulling punches.
