You know, I love all you #HazbinHotel / #HelluvaBoss / #Hellaverse theory crafters and analyzers! I love all the deep analysis and commenting on them. My stupid brain meanwhile just sticks in the SideStory-Verse most of the time. (I swear I'll get something out XD) Thank you for doing what I cant

Like.... I can hop into an analysis cycle and comment on them, but I just cannot for the life of me deep dive. I watch and can anxiously wonder what's going to happen next, but I strangely don't GUESS. It's probably some deep-down conditioning thing that happened from my work or something XD.

Fun fact: I take pride in everything I do. It's my sin if you will. But I'll beat my self up even over professional issues. I'm working on not being so hard on myself but... #XiliLife #XiliRant

And yes... My project issue hit hard on this because real life and trying that delegation thing messed things up bad that someone I enjoyed talking and working with got cut out. I'm taking that very personally for what happened...all I can do though is learn and not repeat the mistakes.

Curious what's up with BlueSky right now. Having to CTRL+F5 to get posts to show....

Early #IndieAnimation project Status Report post. For those that don't want to read... BUSINESS SIDE ISSUES! I resolved them, but it took me a month to fix the processes, but only after they unfairly hit one of my concept artists. -_- Snowballs suck. ko-fi.com/post/October...

As promised for my #IndieAnimation project, I'm keeping a full disclosure of progress. Nothing HUGE in this one, but the project team is leaning into the art-style. Writing and cleanup is ongoing for the pitch/pilot. Once we get a green light, the push will continue. ko-fi.com/post/SEPTEMB...

There's a reason I haven't opened up Crowd Funding for the project yet. I WILL NOT take others money until things are solid and I feel the processes are square and ready. Wasting my cash is one thing... I will not lose others' and betray that if I can help it. END

Also, I lied, THIS post is the END. But posting this early because there's NO WAY I'm going to push the green button and start things in October. This month is cursed. END (For real)

My #XiliDayJob and real life drama not withstanding, it sucks that issues crept up, but retrospective was done, lessons were learned, they were just solved way too late and I feel terrible for it. Still in angel funding stage, so nothing was lost other than my own investment.

I don't get how the orange fascist is outliving all the other good people we've lost this year. Bullshit.

Ok, new plan.... I'm starting a new jar. Negative posts on social media get a buck into the jar that I'll donate monthly. Just need a recommendation to how to track this.

Also though for clarification: Despite my last thread, I DO appreciate the genuine "You ok?" Or "You holding up? Anything I can do?" messages even from strangers. The month is rough and 'concern' posts like that, being a good human being to another... Those are ALWAYS alright in my book.

People, this thread and the one it quotes are super important. I myself being super open to communication and wearing my emotion and life on a sleeve still want to hammer in this point. FRIENDSHIP takes time. Far more than clicking an 'Add Friend' button. Video and Voice calls are STEP 5 not 1.

Full Disclaimer: I have formed friendships that started online that are important and VERY dear to my heart. So that's why I'm more open than I should be. But gods, I have been hurt and stalked equally as much with that open trust.

Also, just to make it perfectly clear.... my OC is for writing projects and stories. I DO NOT ROLEPLAY! Please do not ask.

God's, #Gameoverse being greenlit just gave me oh so much hope to keep chugging away at my own goal. I mean, if I survive October that is. Just ignore the claw marks on the walls. I don't need to pad them. Everything is fine.

Friendships. It IS possible to make meaningful friendships out of just some text over the internet.

Social media loves talking about how everything is getting worse. But what’s something that you’ve seen get _better_ in your lifetime?

Ok, I'm way more likely to give money to online news publications when it's "You've read 53 articles. How about a $1 subscription." Versus "You've read 5 free articles. No more critical news till you give money! Democracy something darkness." #News #XiliRant

Come on, Virginia! Get Reproductive Rights and LGBT Marriage rights into the state constitution. We can do it!

Yay!!!! Voting done!!!

Yay!!!! Voting done!!!

My moot sense is tingling (ok, I peeked in on Bsky while a meeting dragged on WAY too long), but look.... My wings are already here for hugs and my ears are always open if sadness or frustration ever come up and you need them. Mutual or not... for that matter. <.<

Ugh, multiwindow posting is bad. XD Don't BlueSky while in meetings. (Yes, I posted the wrong response to the wrong post crossing the streams. Thank you, Ghostbusters, for the advance warning XD)

Can October just end already? Or at least give me something to look forward to? All I got going for me thing month keeping me going is an adult cartoon XD.

Me: "I don't think there's gonna be a song in #HelluvaBoss that will beat Mastermind for me." Spindlehorse: "We'd like to introduce you to Rope and Crimson Sky." Me: "Oh hell...."

I feel like I've just been selling my soul for the entire month so far. October is being mean! #XiliLife #XiliDayJob #XiliRant

I so want to get a shot of my Ruya kitty with Sitri. Not a ship or anything, just a party or something. Hellcat things ya know. #HelluvaBoss

Niece: "Oooo, Deviled Eggs? Can you make sure to put whoresradish in it this time?" Me: "What?" Niece: "Whores Radish. Like from Haz..." Me: "Ok ok ok, Got it...." My sister may have realized she may be letting them watch a LITTLE too much #HazbinHotel :D. (She's apparently a Val fan...)

Part of me wants to turn off all socials and just try to survive the rest of this month in isolation. My rational side is screaming how stupid that idea is.

Really hope that those that are getting to actually KNOW me see I try oh so hard to practice this.... Maybe I'm just stressing over the overwork'ness of how this month is behaving, but knowing I may have made a difference means the world to me lately. No matter how small a task.

Woke up and at least saw that the Alberta didn't pull a Brexit... Yea, I'm cheering for my neighbors to the north. Got more faith in them than anyone right now. #Politics #Canada

One thing I love about the #Hellaverse and what @vivziepop.bsky.social created, at the risk of a Roo pun, it's a great window into the soul. The way people react to it, to her, to the fans, the ships, the messages... It magically removes facades and shows what's true in people, for better or worse

Look all, sorry for occasionally ranting here about stupid stuff like my breakfast and work and stuff. Those that know me best can confirm I'm a very open person. I don't hide much and, in this case, I don't bottle things up to feed the 'pressure cooker'. Mute the tags if ye will ^^ #XiliLife

Trying to make a thing, the #XiliDJob / day job stuff I'm dedicating to funding it is just really rough right now. Trying to make a difference there and get my team a new renewal before I go anywhere, or not, trying to protect the junior devs and analysts. I'm just tired... But I won't back down.

At least breakfast was a success, maybe I'll delay work till after lunch. Relax a bit until I need to give my kitty her meds, THEN can work when I vacate the room to let her sleep?

To take a day off and make next week harder on me by a day for a deliverable or just grab coffee and hope it was just lack of caffeine waking up... 8 minutes air frying a portion of my breakfast, never put it in the air fryer :/ #XiliLife

Ok, take 2....

Ok, work is over for the day. Haven't had a REAL weekend yet but.... Keep going forward ya know. I'm gonna stress eat a whole pint of ice cream now... At least it's Halo Top sooo.... Hellcat wants to burn so many things right now. #XiliLife #XiliJob #Stress

Seriously, what's wrong with people today.....? #XiliRant

The 'Bible Thumpers' in Panera Bread apparently don't like the Loona and Blitzo stickers on my phone case. They're yapping about me audible enough to be heard but not to cause an issue the next table over. I'll just be here enjoying this Baked Potato soup and salad before work. #HelluvaBoss
