@dzangaro.bsky.social , @roobworld.bsky.social Wow! So many unexpected decisions! This is certainly going to be one of the most anticipated Eagle Eye's certainly this season and I think in several seasons.

Hot take. No, stupid take. The NFL, in the next CBA, should require all players to read whichever biography of Walter Payton they select as the best. The cost of supplying the book will be incumbent on the teams. And there will be a continuously changing test on the material.

Yonder Mountain now has drums!?! I am so disillusioned. We miss you so much Jeff..so much.

That last outro was Bob Weir. RIP. #GBvsCHI

WHY DO YOU INTERCEPT THAT!?! Absolutely *NO* situational awareness #GBvsCHI

Is anyone else facing *horrendous* resolution in the Netflix feed right now? #DALvsWAS If this is going to be the rest of the game -- or worse both games, Netflix has just lost the Christmas games going forward. And they might not hate that...

I suspect that this point has been many times by other people, but I just realized: no one has ever whined about "THE WAR ON THE HOLIDAYS". Why are some of my siblings in Christ so thin-skinned? Oh, and FWIW (which I suspect is very little), I apologize for all of them.

This game is interminable. I mean, Good Lord, it started in November and now it's ending in December. #DENvsWAS

The ref just allowed the Panthers to choose both to kick *and* which direction they wanted to go. It doesn't work that way. WTF (I mean, who really cares about direction in a dome, but still...) #CARvsATL @nflbluesky.bsky.social

Tush push hypocrisy.

It looks like the Steelers' butts are hanging out! Who thought these (throwback?) uniforms were a good idea? #GBvsPITT

Rep. Johnson had better remember that one day the D's will be in majority and will be able to refuse to swear in their members. Is that what you want Mr. Johnson? Do want an arms race in the House over who represents the American people?

Stephen Miller has played a leading role in directing US strikes against suspected Venezuelan drug boats. At times, his role has superseded that of Marco Rubio, the secretary of state and national security adviser.

Darn it! Weren't all the self-righteous a-holes supposed to disappear today? Hey God! Get your act together!

Speaking as a Democrat, and knowing my opinion won't matter to any of them, I don't consider any program to assist farmers as a "bailout"; I think of as a first step in getting farmers the money their efforts earned and which they should have received in the first place.

NFL refs should turn a blind eye to holds against a defender who has come across the line early.

Apparently (according to a post I saw last night and can't properly attribute :-( ), the @philadelphiaeagles.bsky.social are now a .500 franchise for the first time since they were 3-3-1 in their debut year of 1933.

Twitter's spell checker does not recognize the name "Elon". That is all.

Who the hell is Jordan Schultz? @NFL #NFLCombine

@tomgrossi.bsky.social is currently doing a stream to raise $1M dollars for Children of Fallen Patriots. The URL is tinyurl.com/386p922m. Please turn and donate! Even the YouTube donation link sends 100% to the charity. @philadelphiaeagles.bsky.social @phleaglesnation.bsky.social. EAGLES NATION! LFG

@nedski.bsky.social Next year, you should be the half-time show.

Can we please talk about Jake Elliot's performance tonight? #NFL #Eagles @philadelphiaeagles.bsky.social @nflbluesky.bsky.social #SuperBowlLIX

I need to say this before it's too late for it to make a sense (well it would still make a *sort* of sense, but not as much as now): O Roar Ben Johnson #NFL #Detroit #Lions (for now)

1st and 31 -- that's yard-a-gami for me. #MINvsLAR #NFL #NFCWildcard

Canadian businesses should start charging American tourists "tax" on their purchases, just as if they were the 51st state -- and then pocket the difference. At *least* do it anyone wearing a ridiculous "MAGA" hat.

How can the NFL *NOT* be updating their website in near real time today?!? And I get it -- all content updates have move through their QA process before they go live, but how it *possible* this isn't all expedited today? C'mon NFL; get your act together. #NFL #NFLPlayoffs @nflbluesky.bsky.social

Is anyone watching this game and still criticizing Coach Sirianni's decision? #CLEvsBAL #NYGvsPHI @nflbluesky.bsky.social @philadelphiaeagles.bsky.social

Where was this Olamide Zaccheaus last season!?! #ATLvsWAS @nflbluesky.bsky.social @philadelphiaeagles.bsky.social @roobworld.bsky.social @dzangaro.bsky.social

I would never have aided Luigi Mangione (before the fact), but I would never have given him up either. My eyesight would have just suddenly become far dimmer.

This is a "Roob Observation" from today's Eagle Eye: During Saquon's tenure with the Giants, the *best* Olineman he ran behind wouldn't be a starter for this Eagles unit. @roobworld.bsky.social @philadelphiaeagles.bsky.social

@davidlemieux.bsky.social Thank you for letting us know you're here! I haven't been able to ween myself off of that other place yet (too much football content that hasn't migrated), but it's great to see people coming over.

I suppose I'm not going to be really worried unless these reactions continue after a few weeks, but right now I feel like I'm seeing leftists making the same election claims that we mocked the right for in 2020. It was a gut punch, but we lost; we *honestly* lost.
