Hey everyone, I'm Devin. While working in my family's repair shop, I built a few tools to make running the business simpler. Those tools eventually became YourBiz. It helps phone, computer, and electronics repair shops manage customers, estimates, invoices, and payment records. #RepairShop

I have a cheap xyz domain I use for staging that's my initials, just in numbers. Today I needed another, so I was playing the letters to numbers game again.. and realized my middle initial number was off by one. Well, NOW I'm the proud owner of my real initials in numbers. xyz #buildinpublic

For anyone curious, check out gen.xyz/1111b $.99 a year for domains like 000000.xyz through 999999999.xyz On Cloudflare it's even cheaper :D. A word of warning, it will probably say premium $12.30 or something. Just click through and it will give the real price.

Well I've finally joined the year 2000 and watched The Sixth Sense. The twist and ending have been spoiled a million times over, but I still got goosebumps at the end. #movies

G2 still sending me emails even though they banned me lol. I was curious, so I clicked the unsubscribe link, and it redirected me to the "your suspended page", so even if I wanted to unsubscribe, I can't. Also, check out these delicious stats: 166 visits to the repair shop categories in 1 month.

Correction, these seem to be biweekly stats, so not as egregious.

If I want a bigger slice of that juicy 166 visitor g2 pie, I only have to pay $299/month. Or $2999/year, aren't they generous? Competitors aren't fairing much better (although the biggest in the category, RepairShopr and co aren't displayed).

TIL there's something called "Structured Data" that Google uses to enrich the search results. I guess I know what I'll be doing today. #webdev #buildinpublic

Impressive. I submitted my SaaS to g2.com last Friday, visited it yesterday to check screenshot captions, and then went back again today and saw I was banned. I didn't even get courtesy email lol #banned #buildinpublic

I took a few covers off my washer-dryer combo unit, cleaned off a sensor, and put it all back together. So I’m basically a laundry appliance technician now.

Ahrefs is kinda overwhelming. What should I be focusing on? #ahrefs #buildinpublic
