I'm sure this is a bad thing to kinda just throw into the wild, but I've time I did have a horror game idea with Rai and the creatures known as UE, unknown entities. The tutorial would've taken place in a sterile lab confirming the training data was implemented into Rai properly, but then...

You find a helpful fellow Rai, but something is off about them... You can't recognize their frame, but assume it's aftermarket. However, the zombie-like androids are drooling a black ooze, and "mutating" them and devouring pretty much any material, reconstructing it as new parts...

And if you're taken down, you respawn and have to retrieve your gear from your own, now shambling husk, trying to find out what went on and how to get at least yourself to the escape pods if not the other remaining people on board...

... You perform the backup sequence but stepping into a pod, only for the screen to glitch and you wake up in an assembler, aboard a wrecked space station, with the enemies being other androids and robots of various makes, and a few people strangely paranoid of you...
