Behind 'AI' is a giant data funnel collecting data every second from users through the internet and using this data to train models. AI Model architecture are getting better and more accessible. The real moat is AI is Data & infrastructure.

Everyone is talking about how "distribution" is the moat now. I believe it has always been the moat. A perfect example is Coca-Cola: they spent $5.4 billion last year on marketing and branding alone. Great companies make marketing and branding a priority.

The only thing I automate with public AI is reviewing my writings. I have never needed anything beyond that. If I want to automated anything I use: 1. n8n 2. PowerAutomate 3. Python 4. ComfyUI

Learning how to prompt is a skill in itself. Giving your models adequate context will save you a lot of time and effort.

Trying to do content and product as a solopreneur without outsourcing is tough. A solution is to automate and outsource as soon as the opportunity arises.

Testing will become even more important in the age of AI enable coding. Copilot was wrong on multiple occasions. The only thing AI has change for me is that I Google less stuff now. I still read and write documentation.
