The curse of despising sex and all things that come from it but being skilled at writing smut. I did not choose this. I mean I did, but like. I didn't know I was sex-repulsed until I had already developed the skill. What do I do now? The people love me, and yet I am their opposite. Woe. Woe is me...
I am not a bug person bug I mean hey! Bugs seem to like me!! Maybe I should pivot just change my opinion and lock in on bugs!? Like ask them to come over! Yes little friends! Land on Me! On My Skin! GET IN MY SKIN PLEASE WOOOOHOOOO YES GO UNDER MY SKIN ARE YOU HAPPY NOW??!? YAY! THATS WHAT MATTERS!!
Wow! You sure would think that the kids a street over would get tired of SCREAMING LOUD AS FUCK after the third hour, right? Well, nope! Haha! I love this town and all the people in it :) I might just go door to door and ask them how their days are :) make everyone gift baskets :) Love being here!!!

Also, in other more interesting news, I have personally managed to disprove the concept that matter may not be created nor destroyed! My body can apparently turn one tiny sip of water into half a fucking litre of mucus! My nose is a tap and God was never with us at all. Plague, pestilence and death!
Boot up Rain World start playing and get ready to put the controller down my pants because god. Fucking damn. All I get is the rain vibration. The last two hours, twenty percent it feels like has been end of cycle get fucked rain and the endless vibration. Fuck. Fuck. I hate this. Fuck. White lizard

Happy 1 Year of Silksong!🎉 It's hard to articulate how special this game is and how much it means to me. It really has changed my life for the better in so many ways, just like Hollow Knight did years ago, and i'm forever grateful for Team Cherry's artistry. HAPPY BIRTHDAY SILKSONG!❤️
The hunt is on! Hollow Knight: Silksong is available now on all platforms, including day one on Xbox Game Pass!
My secret is that I listen to music that deeply and overwhelmingly upsets me to listen to because it latches onto my deep subconscious. And then I write. The trick is to give yourself a breakdown every other day, and then the characters are real. Like. Genuine pieces of yourself. True magic I wield.
Like I get it its meant to be a challenge. I fuck with challenges. Not when there is no way to tell what input is right or wrong, it kicks you all the way to the hideout ship every fail unless you reset, and it does a big, ominous, distracting and stress-inducing countdown. Movement tech in shooter?
Why? Literally why. The challenge is literally don't feel disgustingly inadequate and upset because the game is cruel and like. Poorly designed. Because I love Raiders but. But it is not a game built around maneuverability in long stretches. Tight movement over short distance? Yeah. Obstacle course?
Genuinely going to fucking cry why the FUCK is Zesty Speed Menu so difficult for no reason???? And if I dont do it I cant fucking. Get all my upgrades. I literally cannot react fast enough because my brain does not function that way and I just. Man. Cant even be made easier either. No accessibility.
Someome. Good heavens. Anyways uh. Yeah not so fun when I have to write them in a number of scenes where I need to show the underlying feelings that they aren't entirely aware of so the reader can piece together the character and properly appreciate and celebrate their eventual discovery of identity
Like fundamentally they don't want to hurt people right? But also, after enough pushing they can snap, but it will quickly deteriorate into just a sort of childlike sadness? Because that's the most they really developed, given their specific past. School trauma yay. Love it. Do not. Love. The effect
Them, it is also difficult to have them strike out or do things for themselves, because they don't necessarily have their own values? Or at least aren't ready to share those with others. Which does make the moments they do decide to act really powerful! But wow is it difficult to write them til then
Fairly sure that Tears of the Kingdom was designed poorly intentionally so they could sell Age of Imprisonment. It just saddens me that we've reached a point where money matters more than actual innovation. And I don't mean "oh wow, TotK physics engine is amazing!" I mean making a game that's alive.
