I don't post about constructed much, but I've been having a blast and winning a lot with this Golgari deck (by oosunq on MTGO)

Third time's the charm. This deck was so much fun. Felt like I had 7 cards in hand at all time thanks to the amount of graveyard shenanigans.

I've been replaying all the id games recently. Quake 4 is fascinating. It's so bad, worse than I remember, but someone decided a lot of the worst parts (the tedious vehicle sections) would be good for Doom TDA 20 years later. I can't get over how slow it is, both the movement and the pacing.

Played sorcery for the first time today. It's good. Probably biased because I won 2/2 games, but it's very easy to pick up as a magic player. Apparently there's only one set per year, which sounds amazing in this day and age.

Did you ever watch a movie where you're like "i'm glad I saw that, but I will never watch it again"? Or, similarly, "I'm glad i went to the cinema for this because I would've given up at home." Yes I went to watch the rerelease of #angelsegg this week.

As a critic of there being way too many versions of every Magic card nowadays, falling into the rabbit hole of variant comic book covers feels a bit hypocritical. But they're so pretty!
