Process video for anyone interested. Didn't really have any major plans going into this one. I just wanted an excuse to draw Weregarurumon, and also wanted to try a cell shading approach for an illustration.

(ignore how messy my living room is I swear I'm cleaning it soon) Was trying to figure out the pose and idea first but realized it was a little too complex to get down the way I hoped, the model definitely helped with some details.

Needing to balance values a little better for clarity, doing another later because this process is fun as hell. Putting a little more effort into planning at the start, and just excited to see where this eventually goes.

Wanted to test out a slightly new process after artfight. I definitely think there's some potential, going to tweak a few things but trying this a bit more again

Aaaand the final few attacks I was able to get in before artfight ended! Really had a lot of fun with it this year. Not sure if I'll be able to do as much next year, but had a lot of fun drawing everyone!

Final animation for now, but I have two more in progress that I'm hoping I can complete before artfight is done. It's the first time I've really delved into this process and man, it's addicting.

Finally had a PT meeting yesterday and confirmed I'm dealing with nerve bruising/pain that was probably caused from a bone marrow biopsy (results were good, showed negative).

Hoping to do some more art again the next few days but the past few months have been very tiring. If nothing else, we finally were able to replace our old couch and some things are improving.

But in good news, after waiting since August we finally were able to adopt a new kitten! Loki has been needing a companion, and we haven't introduced them just yet. But Willow is probably the most adorable and social kitten I've met. Excited to see how they get along.

On top of that, I still don't have most of my taste back after the tonsillectomy where red meat tastes like nothing, and surgery on my left hand went well but I won't have a full range of motion for awhile.

Rat blanket was from RattyCreations, still one of my favorite blankets to use. Had to sneak my two rats (Shadow and Moon) from a few years back on it though
