My Monster’s Inc. obsessed daughter can’t use words to tell us she wants to watch Monster’s Inc. What does she do instead? Growl/roar repeatedly at the TV. Well played, kid. Well played.

Kirk Cousins has faced the 10th-most pressures (92) of any QB (MNF pending), but his 10.2 percent pressure-to-sack rate is fifth-best among QBs (min. 200 dropbacks). When the switch to Fernando Mendoza happens, the bad sack-avoidance traits he displayed in college could make life rough.

In case you need a refresher: Mendoza's career sack rate of 21.1% is the 41st-highest among 187 QB prospects since 2015. His 8.4% negative play rate is tied for 30th-highest. Players with a P2S% ≥ 20% and a NegPL% ≥ 8% have struggled at the NFL level in most cases.

"Wait a second...I knew Donald Trump was best friends with Jeffrey Epstein, but you mean to tell me he might have committed these horrible crimes too?! Wow."

NEW: "Donald Trump was an active participant in Jeffrey Epstein’s sexual abuse of young women during the mid-to-late 1990s," per new House Judiciary Dem report. Report has new allegation that Trump raped a 24-year-old and then promised the victim a visa & NYU admission, demanding she stay quiet.

"But here's the thing: He's a clear and obvious Christian who represents my Christian values and will go after people the TV told me are bad. He's against drugs and human trafficking -- a rare trait in people these days! So you can understand why I voted for him."

**NFL player close to returning from injury** Reporter: Help is on the way! Me: Oh, nice! Who!? **checks** Me: Ah, an RB who has averaged 45 yards from scrimmage per game. Nevertheless.

Jordan Love had 457 air yards on his passes vs. the Lions, the most of any QB by a wide margin. Kirk Cousins was second with 331. He leads the league with 2,455 air yards through seven weeks, while Matthew Golden's 982 air yards also lead all WRs this season.

This may not matter for several reasons, but it's kinda wild that Marvin Harrison Jr. has been targeted (8) on 47.1 percent of his routes (17) with the Texans through two weeks. Whether it's a good thing or a bad thing, C.J. Stroud is clearly looking for him when he's on the field.

Here's a take: NFL coaches seldom play to win when they don't have to. If you score a TD and go up by seven, go for two to go up by nine. If you fail, it's highly unlikely your opponent will go for two to try and go up by a point should they score a TD. Source: My online Madden career

This is going to become a common thing over the next few weeks. Stunningly, there are still going to be people who are surprised by this. Even worse, after getting past this “surprise,” they’ll say there must be something to it for him to do this.

Joe Rogan can’t wait to pretend he can’t believe this is happening again and then say it might be time to consider whether or not this is Trump’s go-to move whenever things don’t go his way.

Thinking more about what the Eagles knew about Hurts when they added Joe Milton to their 53-man roster, it's hard not to imagine them giving him a decent look at some point this year. Milton has intrigued coaches/FOs since entering the league in 2024. He had a nice preseason (378-3-0).

Cole Payton wasn't good in the preseason (very small sample: 16 dropbacks), but he has been on the Eagles' 53-man roster all year. Philly made the choice to sign Milton and continue carrying three QBs, and many have doubted Hurts over the last two years. I think Milton starts 3+ games.

Local media loving the very creative hat forward decision by Dan Quinn last night. He rallied a city.

Non-zero chance that Dan Quinn said, “Guys, we gotta turn this thing around, and it starts with me. **Turns hat around** Now let’s get out there and have a good day of practice.”

If I’m Dan Quinn I don’t even say goodbye to the players I just leave a note for them to find in the morning at their lockers

If I was Dan Quinn I think I would have gone for two there. Get it, and the game stays at one possession if you hold the Niners to a FG. Miss it, and you’re still only down 7 if you keep the Niners off the board on the next possession. Maybe I’ve played too much Madden, idk.

I'm just saying, if Dan Quinn is on the sideline with a forward cap tonight and the Commanders pull off the upset, he'll be very excited to talk about how he thought the team could use his new forward cap as a symbol to rally around.

One of the biggest tells of Trump being a Grade-A idiot continues to be the way he capitalizes words he thinks are important in a sentence. There are six words in here that do not need capitalizing.

I remember when Ravens fans wanted Tyler Huntley > 2019 MVP Lamar Jackson because he'd be cheaper and he played "good enough" at times. Tanner McKee gets way too much love for a guy who was decent in two Week 18 games against bottom-of-the-barrel defenses who were checked out.

Totally over for “Tanner McKee”

NOTE: Of the 141 QBs I currently have in the database (2015-2026), Fernando Mendoza's career P2S% of 21.1% is 30th-highest. Below is a screenshot with the other QB prospects in his range.

I'm sorry to report that Tanner McKee, who has looked decent at times when playing against backups in Week 18 on his **checks notes** 88 passes, is probably not very good. I know he had some OL issues at Stanford, but he's a 6-foot-6 statue with a horrible negative play rate in his CFB career.

If the Eagles really want a second-round pick for Tanner McKee, then he won't be going anywhere. It's also probably a good thing for teams interested in him that the price is so high, because they'd probably regret that trade before season's end.

John Harbaugh definitely thinks Najee Harris was some kind of sneaky good offseason addition and he can’t wait to show that to the haters today. I’m sure it’ll go great.

I could be wrong, but getting most of your info on midterm candidates from attack ads one puts out about the other might be bad process. I don’t know.

Germie Bernard is an intriguing waiver wire add this week. He caught 6-of-9 targets for 80 yards against the Colts and should fill the low-ADOT role that Aaron Rodgers often relies on. Bernard had a 6.0 ADOT on his targets this week
