This is tangential since it's legislative not judicial, but passports shouldn't have a gender marker in the first place. It serves no useful function

Canada has allowed X markers since 2019 🤗

So you want the entire world to change reality to support their mental health issues ? Nobody is denying anyone’s existence. You exist as Male or Female. Everything else is your problem to get your brain around and nobody is forced to accept your preferred pronouns.

Thank you, I had mine issued before the new year out of fear they would stop issuing them. I have the correct marker but my legal name wasn’t changed yet and I’ve been afraid to update it in case they change my marker to M during the name update.

Why is there no “accountability” when politicians pass “illegal” laws that violate Citizens Constitutional, civil & basic human rights? If there’s no accountability, why is it “illegal”? We need to push for violating our Constitution = 3yrs min in Jail!
