The elections are on next Tuesday, and so much is at stake, including the soul of the Democratic Party when it comes to transgender people. I am asking you to leave a very small number of races blank in which a Democrat has embraced extreme anti-trans hate. I make my case here.

It's really important to pay attention to the fact that Lula beat the fascist candidate not by compromising and trying to meet fascist voters in the middle, but by sticking to his guns, promising prosecutions for election interference, and mobilising his own voters to turn out in greater numbers.

People who think embracing GOP hatred of trans people is the only way for Democrats to win in that part of the country should remember that in 2025, John Ewing became the first Black mayor of Omaha NE by running this ad. He beat Republican incumbent Jean Stothert by 12 points.

There are some people who claim "oh, Dems in blue states will never shift towards enacting anti-trans policy" Meanwhile Colorado is literally enacting a medical detransition protocol for trans youth on medicaid.

Voting rights have been under attack across the country, but Virginia voters in this election have an opportunity to explicitly guarantee the right to vote in the state constitution. Passing Question 3 would protect democracy for all Virginians.

@democrats.org must not be the party of a coalition of bigots. It must stop trying to woo white people who don't like multi-racial and multi-sexual coalitions. @electdemocrats.bsky.social must STOP promoting bigotry of all types.
