I like rigatoni. Rigatoni with meatballs was my dad's requested birthday dinner for decades, and I have fond associations there. Also, it's not hard to eat like penne is.

You stick your fork into one open end and lift and eat. Easy. Two at a time is easy with practice. If the sauce is chunky, scoop.
