I saw that post on Facebook. I didn't buy it, it seemed off. I was planning on researching when I saw this message that it wasn't real/from you. Whenever I see something outrageous, I seek additional sources. The problem is so much outrageous stuff is real lately, making it easier to fool people.

I'm fairly certain the Founding Fathers didn't include "mandatory goose-stepping lessons" in the Bill of Rights. So let's keep it that way, folks.

We win by getting off the platforms in protest with our leaders joining us, raising their voices in truth as to this administration and Republican Party. We are better, but the people need to see that, hear that and feel that.

So you’re saying that the provision in the bill that allows the administration to ignore contempt charges and court orders is not in the bill? Which means both Democrats and Republicans have been lying to us? I think you might need to check your facts

It is incredibly important we make sure we fact check these sorts of items prior to reposting , not doing so leads to misinformation/disinformation which feeds their narrative, Democrats are untrustworthy

There are a lot of legitimate accounts on the left that routinely post images, sometimes just of text, that contain NO citations or attribution. It's a bad habit to get into. Anything we post should be evidence-based.

These "alarmist" statements seem like the logical progression of defanging the courts by requiring a bond for enforcing contempt charges, plus completely unregulated AI for 10 years, both of which are in the big bad bill. But go off I guess.

Some habits are hard to break. This practice has been around for eons. Maybe since the invent of the US Govnt According to a few Framers, laws were meant to be interpretable by ordinary citizens. ➡️ They aren’t interpretable by US Congressional members. Did transparency ever exist in any Congress?

That's Sec 70302 in the link above. Important to note that this is ridiculous, BUT it only applies to orders/injunctions without bond. All judges have to do is require bond.
