According to the myth everything is part of God's plan, subsequently God chose them to be homeless. God/Jesus is responsible for their homelessness, and their death, if people decide to kill them. Christians love to absolve God/Jesus of his responsibility for the bad things.

This feels like they are checking public opinions to see how far they can go. I truly believe they want to round up everyone who isn't useful to them or who they deem as enemies and do away with them. I mean, look how quickly the right embraced the atrocities perpetuated against immigrants.

How is there no outrage. Because empathy died for the less fortunate, the powerless, the people who can't vote and have no voice. My wish for Brian Kilpeople is that he and all his viewers one day find themselves homeless and are treated like garbage to be easily disposed of.

They have mental illness, trauma, and drug addiction. They need help not death. These people on fox news call themselves Christians but even though I am not religious I know what the bible says so the only conclusion I can come to is that they don't actually believe it.

And some just have very bad luck without any of the issues you mentioned. There is no safety net in our country if you slip out of the middle class, none. And when you most need help, you’d get no assistance but plenty of judgment and contempt from your fellow citizens.

Yeah there are some people who just have tremendous bad luck, no family to fall back on, no one they can count on. All I know is when I leave this earth it will be knowing that I just wasn't as cruel as the people on fox news. They are just horrible.

Old woman AF medic, Vietnam era. Godawful what these men suffered; amputees, burns, blinded, PTSD so bad they whined; ferried them from the flight line to the hospital. 80% homeless then were veterans. Good thing the draft was eliminated before his time; Kilmeade would have developed bone spurs.

As someone who has had career experience working with the homeless, a majority are 1. Mentally ill self medicating with drugs or alcohol 2. Addicts 3. Child sex offenders who we simply cannot house. 1 and 2 are worthy of our love and compassion. 3…. I struggle with. What do you do?

I have A LOT to say on this topic. Working with homeless people on a personal level and this is gross. Dehumanizing bullshit. If you take a trauma based approach to working with people, things begin to make sense.

I agree as I also worked with many homeless unfortunate. As to the pedophiles - well it doesn’t surprise me that several other countries are moving towards castration of offenders. Chemical castration in more ‘civilized’ societies, but more 3rd world countries have physical (irreversible)! 😳

I know of many veterans who remain homeless because they prefer to smoke weed other than the pills pushed for their PTSD, anxiety, or chronic pain. The Veterans home or any Government housing doesn’t allow cannabis use. My friend still mourns his buddies lost to OxyContin…

So Christian friend of mine and I are discussing the anti-Christian attitudes of so many that say they are Christians. And I said to him, if you ever have a question about whether something is moral or ethical, ask yourself, "What Would Jesus Do?" I know, and so do you, he wouldn't say "Kill them!"

I’ve spoken with many homeless vets. They usually just want to be left alone. They’ll accept food and clothing or cash but that’s it. The Desert Storm syndrome is partially to blame. Just let them be.
