Why are these ICE Agents always dragging someone out of their car? They don't question the drivers. Every bad situation starts with ICE reaching in or breaking a window grabbing the driver before listening to what the victim says, like "I'm a citizen". This murdered mother is as bad as it gets.

Watch how the other officers react. They all back away; one even gestures to the others to back away. The shooting officer approaches the wrecked vehicle with no backup. From start to finish the operational procedures were clearly flawed.
