Claim Eminent Domain! Confiscate the steel plant as repayment of all those tax incentives all for creating a few hundred jobs. THAT building is OURS. It's on Canadian Soil and can continue to operate and provide jobs BUT now owned by Canadians: the taxpayer that paid for it in the first place.
