At the end of the day, did I do what I should have done? If I died tonight, would I be alright with how my day went? What would I do differently tomorrow if I had another chance? The answers don’t need to be profound. A good life can be simple. But not living it is just as simple, too

happy birthday! - "am I proud of this?" ("this" being any decision or action) - "who am I trying to impress?" / "would I do this if no one ever heard about it?" - "am I suffering voluntarily?" - "what's actually stopping me?" (when making excuses for why I can't do the thing I want to do)
