But will it work? Is it a real risk? It looks like a simple distro to me. Even if it sticks, there's just gonna be one more linux distro beside the most popular ones, but this one comes with less trans people and more assholes.

if you view this as more of an organized platform for disruption, harassment, and ideological rallying, it's a lot easier to see what they're doing.

I have no doubt that DHH doesn't have pure intentions, but I still cannot see the mechanics of causing a disruption. Do you think there's a risk that Omarchy will become an unignorable standard? Or do you fear that they will use their screentime (on conferences, etc.) to stir shit?

Previously if you wanted to be in open source you needed to play nice, learn to interact with others. Now, bigoted people can go to the fascist distro. Since the fascist distro has big corporate support and money, they can start getting preference/becoming influential.
