Lunch packs, water bottles, (ALWAYS the water bottle!), jackets, lip-balms. My kid came home from grade school one time missing a sock. "How the heck did you lose a SOCK??!!"

And of course, if they don't like you or feel your skin is too dark, they will say "this is a copy, it doesn't count." They've already been known to still abduct and imprison people with Real I.D.s and other proper identification.

I wouldn't encourage anyone to reach into their clothing to pull out an object of any kind in front of an ICE goon

Kids. How can this possibly help their agenda? It’s a PR nightmare for them but they don’t seem to care.

How do children learn when they can't ever feel safe? They're already going into overloaded classrooms with insufficient support in most city schools. The odds were already stacked against them w/o them having to look over their shoulder or wonder if their parents will be home when they get there.

Fuck... Similar feeling when my 11 year old (now 19) told me exactly where in the woods they would meet their friends if they had to run from a school shooter. Republicans, in all cases, are failing our kids.

These remind me an American women and her Italian boyfriend discussing a murder in a movie. The victim tried to run a straight line and is shoot in the back. She criticized no one should be as stupid to run that way if they wanted to survive and even children know that. Her boyfriend didn't know.

Funny how ICE is shooting white women in face, dragging pregnant women through streets, detaining 5-year-old preschoolers like a full-blown occupying force, people are suddenly shocked.
