We were just downtown thru the “war zone” to grab some provisions at Walter French’s. Walked about 8 blocks for some of the absolutely freakin’ best sandwiches. Lots of folks enjoying a Saturday in Portland- families w/kiddos, young and old… a perfect Portland day. No war zone, no n’tl guard needed.

A sitting president only has the authority to call in National Guard or Coast Guard. Once exhausted, then military action is an option. Yes, Our Governor of Oregon said she would file a lawsuit against Trump and his administration if they did try to send troops to Portland. They are not asked for, and they are not needed! There’s nothing going on to justify calling the guard! Why didn’t he call on J6? That’s when they were needed!
