Hi, Jennie - it can be hard to find a job, but I think the biggest challenge is finding a workplace that values its employees. I use Idealist.org, Indeed.com and LinkedIn.com I have the best results when I decide what I want to do then look for a good company that does it and watch their job posts.

Me, too. I was trained to get results, not hold people's hands, and most employers CAN'T get results. What they want/expect is to re-create the dynamics at work of a dysfunctional family. You'll probably have an easier time getting hired than finding a healthy company because they are RARE.
