Truth! Presidents have historically been wrongly blamed (and praised) for gas prices. Even “drill baby, drill” BS as prices have declined was never a factor. But, in this case, Trump wholly owns the increase in oil and gas prices.

Many people have pointed out that POTUS has little effect on US gas prices. Normally this is true. However, there has never been a POTUS since the industrial revolution so fucking stupid to attack a country that possesses so much control over petroleum production and supply.
