Rep. Michael Rulli serves up a word salad when he's asked on Fox Business about reports he engaged in stock trading that violated the law

Well, of course I did. We're all doing it now. See, we have this understanding with the DOJ that if Trump can benefit from stock trades, so can we. It's really a very nice arrangement, don't you think?

"Michael Rulli failed to timely disclose 22 stock trades, including those dating back to late 2024, in violation of a federal law." They all think they share Trump's immunity for this blatant self-serving corruption. bsky.app/profile/atru...

Oh....SURELY the guy (Rulli) who hired someone (Michael Peppel) accused at the time by the OH Republican AG of running a fraudulent charity, wouldn't do something shady, would he??? (check the yellow highlighted section for out how Rulli described the fraudster who founded the phony charity)

At this point would it even matter if he just said ya I violated the law and made bank on illegal stock trading, what cha gonna do about it? They all think they’re above the law cuz dear leader gets away with everything.
