Many people might pass up water like this but I can assure you there are really pretty fish you can get up close and personal with, tossing big dry flies. Had a day this past week reminding me how lucky I am to live close to these waters.

It really is, standing in the water is my happy place. 😂 You have some amazing small mouth bass fishing on the Kankakee. Catching smallies on top water flies is on my todo list. If y'all ever do a Yellowstone trip make sure to get in touch and maybe visit.
