The Justice Department has issued a new legal opinion stating that federal disability law does not require states to provide community-based services simply because a person with a disability could live outside an institution.

Holy Mother Of God...what made these people so evil😱...they are devoid of anything that is good...how does this happen???? I don't think this happens to poor folk, mostly to the rich and others, for example ICE agents.

The rich will never need community services/outside help because they can afford to pay. They play on RW tropes - they're rich because they *deserve* to be, so people without money must deserve *that*, so taking away food stamps, disability support etc is an incentive to *just try harder*. Immoral.
