I've been married 24 years to someone I met via an in-person meet up of members of a Usenet newsgroup. I know of at least 5 other married couples that met via that community.

Sadly, it's a bit more boring than that. :) It was alt.disney.disneyland which had pretty regular meet ups at the park.
