FYI bay area dog owners, do not use Happy Hound. We were wanting to try their 1 month board & train, but then heard they used punitive measures so canceled within 24 hrs. They said the deposit was non-refundable - it is in their contract but they don't make it obvious. So they stole $2500 from us.

thats really rough, and if they have tactics you're not comfortable with re; training, you probably wouldn't feel great using their services for boarding either
