Ha - this character was excellent

Fun fact: whenever I'm in a tunnel or in a similar acoustic setting, I'll sing "Ba-ba-ba-booooo....ba-ba-ba-boooo" in Artie's honor.

The tune immediately got stuck in my head just seeing this thumbnail.

Soooo good. Stuff like this is why I love late night tv.

I always liked when he'd chastise the audience for cheering too. 😆 Those Artie Kendall bits are some of my favorites from the show.

I loved it then (still do) and once my daughter was a teen I started showing her Late Night clips including this. Funny to see younger people react but she loves it and laughs along.
