I'm a bit hesitant to invest in CASH unless it devotes funds to getting governments to regulate murderous stuffies. Allowing it to go unregulated would invariably lead to new upstart murderous stuffies appearing on the scene. No one wants more potential murderous stuffies on the loose.

Ah. Common misconception. Governments are far too slow to react to emergent threats like killer dinos. The only effective way to deal with them is directly, with tons of resources and no oversight whatsoever, to keep them aligned with Good People like us as they become all-powerful. Hope this helps!
