Federal employees have different performance metrics. And performance evaluation measures outputs over a year. It's illegal. I guess Amanda didn't advise him that 5CFR overrule his 1 week evaluation determining our job performance and our employability. Authority:5 U.S.C. chapter 43 and 5307(d).
