Ok so mr beast said he has “two to three” tesla model x because they take too long to charge. I looked at the charging speed, and it says at optimal speed, you can get from 10% to 70% in about 20 minutes? That gives you, what 200 miles of range? What is wrong with the rich

It takes a Model X about 30 minutes to charge from 10-80% at a SuperCharger, so it's 50% slower than Korean/German stuff, and 300% slower than the best China has. At home he's looking at 8-12 hours depending on LVL 2, likely doesn't care to install a DCFC.

Oh totally, I'm just saying they're going to need to sit and charge so if he had many he'd be able to grab one and go. I don't care for the dude, but I get it in a multi-EV household.

Like, I know this is a tiny detail, but I’m just thinking about why anyone would cycle EV’s. Especially ones in the 100k dollar range? Why don’t you just put chargers at whatever stops you seem to be constantly doing??? I think it’s like 5k for a car charger at the TOP

He should really be investing in a larger amperage connection for his house if he can’t charge all of these electric cars at top speed. That might also have something to do with it.
