If you purchased Goodboy Galaxy from First Press Games via their website, they have been instructed to refund you. You can also contact them regarding your order on support@firstpressgames.com

If you do not get a satisfactory resolution from them, please forward your correspondence to us at help@goodboygalaxy.com - in this event, if you choose, you can also file a complaint with the Verbraucherzentrale verbraucherzentrale.de/beschwerde who fight for consumer rights in Germany.

If you backed via Kickstarter, First Press Games have also been instructed to refund any shipping fees or pledge upgrades paid directly to them. We intend to fulfil all of the Kickstarter pledges without FPG’s involvement, and will have news regarding that as soon as we can.
