Ah thank you! I also just discovered it this week that the contract was terminated in November and mailed you at hello@goodboygalaxy.com . I pre ordered the EU collectors. FPG is giving me the run around of "please look at our blog, december was the latest information."

I know that this is all very stressful but I bought the special edition GBA and upgraded it to collectors when I went to fpg, will we get the same opportunity with any new vendor that you go with?

I'm gutted for you, I've been so excited about this preorder since Sept 2023, can't imagine how you and all the Kickstarter backers must feel. I've been trying to speak to a human being at FPG for weeks now about changing my address and getting nowhere, not at all confident about a refund sadly.
