Booking a blood test at our GP is straightforward now there’s the new online triage system. 1. Get a text from GP telling me phone them to book a blood test 2. Navigate my way through several layers of menu, plus being told at least 3 times to do it online (spoiler alert: you can’t do this online)

Oh that's better than mine. Mine won't book appointments that far in advance and just say "you're going to need to try again closer to the time" and when I ask "when will you release those appointments so that I can call on that day?" answer "We don't disclose that information to patients"
