Nope. I believe the only state that has the right to leave is Texas.

Damn. When the Texas tourism ads that said, "It's Like Another Country" I responded, "Because IT IS Another Country". And every time some federal law got passed that "they" disagreed with, threatened to secede. I thought, Great Idea. Buh-bye. Don't call. Won't miss you.
