Lol just the sheer number of guys at fault. The first baseman (obviously), the catcher for putting his glove up for the first baseman to throw it, the second baseman for not covering first. And also the pitcher, SS and third baseman for not telling the first baseman to just stand there and tag him.

I haven't been able to find it since the day of the game, but one of the Pirates broadcast guys said, "This is the worst thing I've ever seen." But it's been scrubbed, I can't find it anywhere.
