The only safe place for a baby to sleep is in a crib, bassinet, play yard or bedside sleeper designed for safe sleep. Babies should sleep flat on their backs with no pillows, toys, blankets, or any other suffocation hazards in their sleep space.
Question for you: elsewhere (Facebook) you said NO CATAPULTS but I wanted to clarify: is that a blanket proscription for all kinetic launchers as a class, or would a trebuchet would be OK?
Understood, and appreciated! Thank goodness the place I bought the trebuchet from has free returns.
(And, got it: blanket ban on blankets in cribs too.)
The secret is to have *two* trebuchets, set up so they cancel one another out. Safe as can be.
But that's also expensive and won't really fit into most bedrooms which are designed with one trebuchet in mind.
