The US currently has no trade deficit with the UK, but that’s not the whole story. The UK imposes tariffs, some quite substantial, on a variety of U.S. exports including beef, ethanol fuel, machinery, and chemicals. Reducing these tariffs will significantly benefit our farmers and manufacturers.
