Note to CA Dem voters: We can do this ourselves. DO NOT vote for someone who is very far down this list, as that only helps to elect a Trump toady as governor. Any of the top 3 Dems is far far better than any of the GOP candidates. Now is the time to be realistic and make choices that matter.

Steyer's money would be better spent supporting dems in races extra challenged by gerrymandering. He might not be among the worst billionaires, but being one makes him so removed from the reality the rest of us live in it makes him a good choice only when compared to the two top polling republicans

Dem vanity candidate clowncars need to stop happening. Anyone lower than the top 2 needs to start getting told they're a spoiler candidate and that they INTEND to be a spoiler candidate. Let their tantrums about it tell you who they really are and how right you are.

Sadly, even if they drop out now their name will remain on the ballot. We need a concentrated voter education effort around this issue or even folks dropping out will not help the matter.

How many people claiming to be Democratic candidates were recruited, OR PAID, by Republicans? That's a very old tactic, trying to split the Democratic vote. We get results like this when they game the system, and sell an attack on Democrats as a "good government" measure.

If you think Becerra is "uninspiring," you probably don't know much about him. Unless you mean "flashy," which he's not. And, thankfully, a skill not necessary to be the Governor of California.

I don't begrudge Jane getting donations but they all scratch each others backs with $, shared mailing lists, etc so often the endorsements are a return favor. Politicians are good at doing favors then asking for something later.
