If I may brag a little : I had predicted that Swift would do well on servers right when it was first released ☺️. I'm glad to see I was right.

I think the killer feature of Swift over Java is that it has a consistent performance profile, because ARC adds the same penalty to each request, rather than a "stop the world" garbage collection on one of the requests. Lower and upper bounds of performance are very close and predictable.
