what happened to CommandLineBuilder? apparently, i use it :)

okay, that apparently became CommandLineConfiguration in 2023 or so.

...and CommandLineConfiguration became ParserConfiguration last July. my sleuthing continues. :)

correction, CommandLineConfiguration was split into ParserConfiguration and InvocationConfiguration. stay tuned.
