It's when organizations make an effort to create fair opportunities, representation, and a welcoming environment for individuals from all backgrounds, especially those who have historically faced barriers due to factors like race, gender, disability, socioeconomic status, or other identities.

I follow the Wikipedia definition ''' Politics (from Ancient Greek πολιτικά (politiká) 'affairs of the cities') is the set of activities that are associated with making decisions in groups, or other forms of power relations among individuals, such as the distribution of status or resources. '''

I don't disagree only, I'm hoping to say that values should shape our politics of course that is political in the sense that it has an effect on your politics but it is also not political (or maybe you would say it's a different kind of political?)

When someone says "it's about politics", they fall for the trap that's been set by the politicians of today's world. It's no longer politicizing but weaponizing. Turning warped values into weapons to imprison "followers" in socially constructed prisons. Today these prisons are called "party lines".
