No, he's a serial philanderer. That's well documented. I don't know that he's been involved with or pursued minors, however. That's a different question. Hilary wrote in her memoir about why she chose to stay with Bill after being confronted with his infidelity. It's her decision to make.

Not minors, but Juanita Broaddrick and Paula Jones did make allegations that his philandering crossed the line into non-consensual sexual behavior. Determining how credible those accusations are is an exercise left to the reader.

This is still not evidence he was into kids.
