The billionaire tax is dumb, because it's a one-time they can just skirt. It's not an income tax. The suit could be forced against the AGs. There's always risk going into court. And the AI bill was unworkable. It was just like their phone-home 3D printer bill.

I have had democrats tell me to “enjoy the camps” for condemning Newsom’s bigotry and conservatism

yeah he's pretty much sold out. He's still one of the few to stand up to Trump. And one of the few to actively try to protect the coming vote in the midterm. Was he to get the Democratic nomination for President, and I really hope he doesn't, I would vote for him out of sad necessity.
