I’m very disappointed in my Rep Hakeem for being so milquetoast and not supporting our new Mayor Mamdani but if he comes through WHEN we retake the House, good. And if not he damn well better be replaced!

Priority needs to be destroying ICE, prosecuting everyone involved in bribes for pardons, prosecuting everyone involved in murdering fishermen in the Caribbean, ending all government contracts with Musk, Thiel and other tech bros and prosecuting doge criminals, taxing the shit out of rich assholes.

That's good. It's a difficult tightrope they must walk. Voters want them focused on bread and butter issues and not distracted with squabbling with Republicans. But they urgently need to address democratic decline and there is a constituency demanding that as well.

New leadership and multiple teams working on the many issues. They can focus on more than one thing.
