Really feeling the Yamamoto quote about "awakening a sleeping giant" lately. We are through the shock and fear phase and are now deep into the "every grandma and gentle parenting dad is vibrating with bloodthirst for revenge at levels I did not realize were possible"

They just spent the entire weekend attacking a country known globally for being nice and polite for no good reason other than to shake them down like a bunch of mobsters. I really do not think that's going to go over well with most people. Even Maga has to be like "The Canadians? Really?"

Thing I love most is how we're basically out here being the only country who's giving the big orange a big ol' middle finger and fighting back. I hope Carney laser focuses his Tariffs on every swing state.

Oh hell yes, I'm a bit surprised to find us leading the charge but also gratified. And yeah I have my disagreements with Carney but I have a LOT of confidence that he will be able to design a response that can maximally fuck the bad guys lol
