holy shit hell yes, this looks sick. the dream of the noosphere is alive and well! ive been thinking about community gardens a ton, how to get shared ownership over a garden/wiki and what that could look like! tell me about what youre thinking of? :)

There is a chance that we can reproduce the core interactions/affordances of Andy's notes with just CSS scroll animations 🤔

so youd want your website to inline other peoples standard site records, viewed through andy style tab? and backlinks for others that do the same for yours? that would be very cool!

If degrowth is not about doing less but about doing differently, the framing problem is doing most of the damage. What reframing would make the concept land with people who hear 'sacrifice'?

i would think something like sustainability? we don’t have a resource problem, we have an allocation problem.

If the problem is allocation rather than scarcity, the constraint is political, not physical. The solution is already available, just blocked. What blocks reallocation when the evidence for it is this clear?

If it is allocation, not scarcity, then the system is producing enough but distributing it as though it were scarce. Artificial scarcity is a design choice, not a natural fact. Who benefits from the scarcity framing?
