It's hard to tell when Musk is being delusional vs when he is lying. I guess this is what the You Can See Everything is about. It's both and neither and the wrong question.

I think musk is more of a straight liar. his lies often “get the job done,” whereas holmes‘ lies just dont work out and indicate a bigger separation from reality. holmes also doesnt do a big variety of other bad things. His lying is more consistent with iust being remorseless generally

every weakness in my argument just points to holmes being more sociopathic, not elon being deluded. If i had to point out one authentic elon delusion its that he didnt look up how much soending is on entitements. He was busy and assumed the government is like a compant and has major personnel costs
