We are laying people off because the market is pulling back and other reasons. The strategy to get us out is to cut costs and everyone is to be using AI. So far, no real explanation beyond the edict. Which AI? How to use the AI? Nope. Just everyone must use it. Thanks boss.

A chatbot it isn't going to help us matter how good it is at Olympiad level math problems. We have full day "immersion" sessions and our exec uses Grok for basic questions as opposed to google ... I don't work at Tesla. Work keeps piling up tho.

I work in a highly regulated industry. A significant part of my work week is now dedicated to explaining just why AI cannot solve that problem and the level of proof required to get to yes on AI projects. Time I’d rather spend in real innovation.
